Nelvan Karanja Wambui
Nelvan was admitted to CCRC with his two brothers in July 2018 after their mother lost her job. Rent was not being paid and they were unable to get food. Eventually, they were locked out of their house with nowhere to go. A GOA student studying at university saw they were not in school and knew they needed help. She contacted the home manager and all three brothers were accepted into the home. Now, Nelvan has a safe place to stay and an opportunity to continue his education uninterrupted.
