Edward Mone
Edward is the seventh born of eight children. His parents are subsistence farmers and they fully depend on their small piece of land for survival. The poor climate in the region has made it very difficult for them to raise enough produce to survive. Through MCF, Edward has the chance to attend school and work towards his dream of becoming a teacher one day.

Vipingo is a rural slum area located in Kilifi district in Coast Province. Located along the coastline near Mombasa, Kenya, MCF rescues, rehabilitates and educates orphans and other vulnerable children from the surrounding community who have been largely affected by child sex tourism. Our day center offers a free nutritious meal to all the children while our formal education program ensures access to quality education. The MCF In His Grace primary school currently has approximately 270 students.
