Edward Mone
Edward comes from a big family where he is the seventh of eight children. His parents are subsistent farmers thus the family fully depends on their small piece of land for survival. However, times have been very difficult due to poor climatic conditions which result in little or no produce. Through MCF, Edward has the chance to attend school and work towards his dream of becoming a teacher one day.

Vipingo is a rural slum area located in Kilifi district in Coast Province. Located along the coastline near Mombasa, Kenya, MCF rescues, rehabilitates and educates orphans and other vulnerable children from the surrounding community who have been largely affected by child sex tourism. Our day center offers a free nutritious meal to all the children while our formal education program ensures access to quality education. The MCF In His Grace primary school currently has approximately 270 students.
