Derek Makoli Mamori
Derek's mother passed away as a result of HIV and pneumonia. He and his five siblings were taken in by his mother's eldest brother. He didn't have a job and was unable to take care of all the children. Derek is the youngest and suffered the most. A kind neighbor took him in but she also was unable to care for him properly. She asked Strong Tower for help. He is now happy with a good place to sleep, food, clothes, and lots of love. He is also back in school.
